Sinds 2020 plant Wines Unlimited bomen... het begon met enkele honderden via Trees for All, en inmiddels duizenden bomen per jaar via Prosperity Community... (sinds 2023)
Wines Unlimited plant sinds 2025 jaarlijks 3000 Bomen en Mangroven in Kenia, Nepal en Madagaskar.
Bomen zijn onmisbaar voor al het leven op aarde. Ze geven ons zuurstof, schone lucht, voedsel, bescherming, verkoeling en water. Bossen zijn belangrijk voor de biodiversiteit en bieden een leefomgeving voor ontelbaar veel planten, insecten en dieren.

Wines Unlimited plant bomen voor het leven, en daarnaast roepen wij actief op om mee te doen... De tijd van wegkijken is voorbij, wij vinden dat iedereen bomen, struiken, of andere insect-vriendelijke oplossingen in zijn of haar omgeving, van tuin tot balkon zou moeten planten, of daar op enige wijze plaats voor moet creëren.

Een gemiddelde Nederlander stoot jaarlijks 8,5 tot 13 TON CO2 per jaar uit.
Wines Unlimited compenseert gemiddeld ongeveer 20 TON per jaar.

Nieuwe ontwikkelingen
In samenwerking met Eden Reforestation Projects, Veritree en ARC laat de Prosperity Community op dit moment bomen planten in de volgende landen: Kenia (Veritree), Filipijnen, Madagaskar en Nepal (ARC). In de loop van het eerste kwartaal komt hier Brazilië (ARC) bij. Indonesië (ARC) is helaas nog gepauzeerd.
Ons doel voor 2024 is samen zoveel mogelijk ondernemers te enthousiasmeren om mee te doen en zo door te groeien naar 2 miljoen geplante bomen.
